Glorifying God

A man said: “O Messenger of Allah! The teachings of the faith have become many upon me, so tell me of something which I can adhere to.” To which Prophet Muhammad replied: “That your tongue remain moist with the remembrance of Allah, The Exalted.” [Tirmidhi]

The Only One True God worthy of worship, i. e. Allah ﷻ deserves the most and best respect from us. When we say His name ALLAH, we should follow it with SUBHANAHU WA TAÁLA (سبحانه و تعالى) meaning “Glory to Him, The Exalted.” It can be said in other ways like “JAL JALALAH,” “AZZU WAJAL,” or simply “TAÁLA” which all mean the same: Almighty, Exalted, The Most High.
