Khayrul Munzilin

KHAYRUL MUNZILIN (خَيْرُ الْمُنْزِلِينَ) Best of Accommodators

KHAYRUL MUNZILIN is the Ultimate One who can accommodate whom He wills to the best. He brings people ashore to land in peace and safety. He shows man how to reach his true and best destination.

This is a name by which Prophet Nuh (Aleyhis Salam –peace be upon him) called Allah for help. – Then he invoked his Lord (saying): “I have been overcome, so help (me)!” [Al-Qamar54:10]. So Allah commanded him to build a boat to carry therein a pair, male and female of every species of animals, plants, fruits, etc. He was also to carry his family, except those  whom the Word has already gone forth.  – And when you have embarked on the ship, you and whoever is with you, then say: “All the praise be to Allah, Who has saved us from the people who are wrongdoers.” Certainly, Nuh adhered to what he was commanded, then Allah says: “Embark therein: in the Name of Allah will be its (moving) course and its (resting) anchorage…” [Hud 11:41]. Nuh mentioned Allah at the beginning and at the end of his journey.

Evidence/s

  • And say, ‘My Lord, let me land at a blessed landing place, and You are the Best to accommodate [us].’ [Al-Anbiya 23:29]
  • Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down?  (أَأَنْتُمْ أَنْزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ الْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ الْمُنْزِلُونَ) [Al-Waqi’ah 56:69]
And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the heaven, nor would We have done so.

  • And when he had furnished them with their supplies, he said, “Bring me a brother of yours from your father. Do not you see that I give full measure and that I am the best of accommodators? [Yusuf 12:59]
